Scope of delivery
Stock availability and pre-orders
Most of our items that are in stock are shipped the next business day directly from our showroom at Montpellier.
When the button shows “Add to cart”, it means the item is available immediately in our inventory.
When the button shows “Pre-order”, the item is not physically in stock. We then place an order with our workshop or suppliers. The estimated lead time is generally 15 to 20 days before shipping.
We are a small, dedicated team, and our priority is to offer you the best selection possible, even if that sometimes means we cannot keep every item in stock at all times.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-orders, we generally ship everything in a single shipment once all products are available. If you need a different arrangement, feel free to contact us.

Compatibility
Compatible with 10/11/12-speed drivetrains (configurable via the L-TWOO app) and cassettes up to 46 teeth on the rear derailleur. Post-mount hydraulic calipers supplied with 140mm and 160mm flat-mount adapters for mounting on the vast majority of frames/forks on the market.
⚠ Not included: brake discs and crankset. LTWOO does not manufacture cranksets.

First, configure the number of gears in the L-TWOO app before making any fine adjustments. Check the mounting standard of your frame and fork (post/flat) as well as the diameter/standard of the brake discs you intend to use. Use appropriate 14500 lithium batteries; the size is similar to AA batteries, but do not substitute standard AA batteries.
